Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at infos@fursweepstore.shop with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email that we have received your return and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
